The Outlaw HOSS is truly a pit in a league of its' own.
The HOSS allows you, as pitmaster, to get the texture only achievable from a top flow stick burner as well as the traditional flavor sought after in whole hog as the juices hit the live coals.
The HOSS can be ran with both heat sources or just one. Giving you unlimited options on both cooking times and flavor/smoke profiles.
The HOSS allows competitors and elite caterers to awe the crowd with a beautifully presented hog on the slide out rack, while still giving them room in the additional 34" x 60" chamber to cook enough pork to show in finals. Caterers also will appreciate the benefit of the additional space to feed hundreds of people.
Each HOSS will include a day spent running the pit while cooking a whole hog at Outlaw Headquarters. We will also include notes and timelines on what we have and continue to learn with this amazing pit!
