The Outlaw BFO was designed to allow Pitmasters to cook large amounts of proteins and sides to keep the largest of crowds happy!
We believe the airflow and relationship between the cook chamber and the firebox size makes this pit the perfect choice for hot and fast or low and slow cooks making it ideal for restaurant owners, caterers, and competitors alike.
The BFO boasts a 30” diameter, 120” long cook chamber. With it's 6 door design you are allowed nearly full access to the pit while loading, unloading, or spritzing your proteins. The standard BFO hybrid comes with fire basket, dual torsion axles, 50” removable microwave shelf, 2” insulated firebox, expanded metal grates, and 8” exhaust with oversized wind proof intake, and removable (theft resistant) tongue. All you need to get things started is a bag of charcoal and some spits of wood.
Options for the BFO include heavy rod grates, stainless firebox cap, color of your choice on the side skins, and your choice of wheels.
This model is also available on a cart frame or permanent A frame.
